Will never use Snapfish again. Sent in 4 albums because of half price offer and most pictures were dark some very dark. Considering most were taken abroad in beautiful sunshine and glorious blue sky came back looking 'muddy'. Cannot get in touch with anyone by email or phone except an Indian call centre.

Kind of a long story but basically I ended up with 2 snapfish accounts (one with work email, one with home email) I got 50 free with the first and 20 (rather than the 40 it said when i first logged in) with the second. Super quick delivery ordered Friday recieved Monday. Good quality and a bargain at 99p postage. Would definitly use again

I uploaded approx 300 photos and it took forever. The site was fairly easy to use.
I seemed to be waiting a long time for my photos to be delivered and then when they arrived was not 100% happy with the quality of my photos

Quick dispatch (though not as quick as photobox, this is very efficient indeed) and quality isn't bad!
Uploading was a little confusing at first; depending on your connection speed, I would advise not to upload too many photos at first (it froze when I tried 50 at once).
Overall, brilliant service!

I have had problems in sharing: I could select several albums and send to myself but if I 1) selected more than five people to share I would get an error or 2) selected fewer albums but 20 people get an error.
Customer service never responded (other than the automatic response that they will respond) to six emails telling them of the problem.
I had two other problems and never got a response from customer service.

Quite slow compared to PIXUM and PHOTOBOX - moreover the quality is nothing to compare to the two others - pictures are OK but not BRILLIANT as they were for pixum & photobox. I think I might have ticked the box where you authorise them to change your pictures - DO NOT DO THAT - the pictures appear slightly darker etc - still the quality is not great but I'm happy to have some pictures - and it's kind of old/mad pictures so the quality is not THAT important compared to pictures of landscapes etc.

I ordered a photobook from them. The site was fairly easy to use even if it was very slow (nothing to do with my internet connection...). I received my order within 3 - 4 days, really quickly then... but this is when it turned ugly. The quality was extremely poor. I paid £35 for something that didn't look worth more than a tenner! All the pictures were way darker than my actual pictures, the colour of the pages of the book itself was different from what I ordered, the picture appearing in the window of the cover had marks of the cut of the window on, and the leather cover looked nothing like leather believe me!!! Their customer service isn't better. I followed their instructions in retuning the book with their freepost for a refund, and guess what: now they pretend they never received it!!

I ordered my prints along with a photo keyring and collage mug on May 26th, plenty of time for fathers day. By June 9th I still hadn't recieved any of the order, they claimed it was 'lost in post'. It was reordered on June 9th. I then recieved only the collage mug, again the rest of the order was 'lost in post'. Again it was reordered on 22nd June. After complaining to customer services I have recieved 20 further free prints and my postage for the previous order has been refunded. It is now 28th June and I am still yet to recieve my prints and keyring. Whats the point in using the free prints if I never recieve them? Photobox on the other hand has excellent service, really quick and superb quality. I wont be bothering with snappfish again, extremely disapointed.

I am very dissapointed with the pictures as I opted for all my prints to be printed as 5.3"x4" trueDigital print(s)
but for some reason they printed 39 of them as 6x4 and cropped a fair amount of the top of most of the pictures,so my grandchilds has only half of her face showing.
of the 11 that were printed 5.3"x4" trueDigital print(s) they sere fine.
I would not use snapfish again.

They have an easy to use website and reasonable prices, so I decided to give it a go with 100 pictures. Apparently all my photos got automatically "improved" even though I had unselected the option at upload time, which made them excessively saturated. The printing itself was terrible quality. The prints look like they came out an inkjet with clogged injectors. In areas of uniform colour, you can clearly see lines of different colours going across the picture.
I guess this was my first and last attempt at using their service.

I used Snapfish for the first time recently to process around 400 photos. I bought pre-paid credits and was very pleased with the prices. Unfortunately I was shocked by the extremely poor quality of many of the prints. There was nothing wrong with the original images but many were discoloured, pixellated, blurred etc. Going to try and get a refund but am not hopeful given other comments on customer service.

I ordered a photobook through snapfish as theri interface was easy to use. The quality of the product on arrival left much to be desired. For the £40 I paid I was very disapointed that all photos were grainy, when the original images were high quality. All the colours were washed out, and one of their spreads, which looked fine on preview, cropped the edge of the photos off so that they were off centre in the final product. A very poor design flaw. I would not advise anyone to use snapfish for photobooks.

They ruined my baby's first Christmas. I was so excited when I ordered photocards from them with my newborn baby's pictures. I ordered cards on 3rd December and they processed on 2nd January. Today is 6th January and I still don't have the cards. I can't use them anyway cos my baby will be so different next year. I had to buy and send ordinary Xmas cards just two days before Christmas because they couldn't even let me know when they'd be processed. They sent an e-mail on 10 Dec saying they'd process my order in a few days with plenty of time for Xmas. Estimated delivery date was 10 December and their process+delivery time was 6-10 working days. I'll never use their service again.
