Free Photo Printing

I found this site quite difficult to use up loading took an age. When i tryed to register i was unable to do so on two occasions i finally gave up the fight never to return

the delivery was faster than all the others, from order to door in 3 days, great quality and nicely packaged, definitely will use them again.

Got my photos the day after putting in the order and they were perfect, even the ones I lightened using photoshop. I will be using them again.

Great quality and rapidity. I ordered photos on the same day from 4 websites and the ones from Photobox and Pixum arrived only one day after. I am very impressed and happy. The quality is superb even though weird on a couple of them - it also happened with pixum - I like better the Photobox quality though - even better and the colours are superb!
Would recommend!!!

I used Photo Box after reading reviews on this site. Ordered 60 free photos (P&P £1.50) after 4.00 p.m. on Monday and they arrived on Wednesday - excellent service. Good quality photos. Uploaded each photo separately and took ages - will try fast upload next time but not sure whether quality will be so good. Will certainly use Photo Box again.

Fast service although I found their website a bit difficult to use, the photos were of good quality.

I would recommend PhotoBox. The photo quality is very good.Website gives multiple choices and very easy to customize photo print. I was very happy with the delivery time.PhotoBox offers are very good and very cheap in comparison to other websites.

To put this review in perspective, I have been a loyal Photobox supporter and recommender since they started.

No longer. Their rapid rise in fame has unfortunately led them to them losing touch with their customers.

Photobox has been steadily getting more expensive with customer service becomming worse and worse to the point where they now blame customers for their faults.

Some of the problems me and my family have experienced so far are:
1. Photobook quality: 3 books ordered with 1 completely washed out only for me to blamed for using colour correction which I didn't. After 3 weeks they finally admitted responsibility.
2. Photobook delivered with another persons photos in. More than 3 weeks for them to accept responsibility and more than another 3 weeks for them to correct the problem.
3. Delivery Times: Do not accept estimated delivery times. They mean nothing and could range from the indicated times up to 4 weeks after time estimated.
4. Quality: The pho quality has gone downhil recemtly to the point where I no longer have photos printed with them.

Very impressed with photo quality and speed of delivery. EXcellent service each of the 3 times I have used them. Will definitely use again and happy to recommend to others.

First time I used this company. Excellent and fast service. Their open chat line was very useful and helped me a great deal.

I use photobox a lot and have never been let down by them yet. The site is easy to use, the prints are good, the costs are reasonable. Can't really ask for more.

I've used this service a few times now and have found that the quality of the prints varies greatly, despite all my photos being of very high resolution. Sometimes I've had excellent prints, sometimes they've come out terribly. Matt is better than gloss. And check photo sizes prior to ordering.

Generally quick service though except at peak times obviously.

I used photobox to produce a Photobook and am unimpressed with the quality of the prints. The individual pixels are clearly visible giving a grainy look (if I wan't that i'd shoot a higher ISO!!) and on one of my pages one of the print heads wasn't lined up so the red parts of the image are slightly out, very obvious too thereby proving no one QCed it before sending it out! I will repost after speaking to them to see what they say.

I ordered my free 50 pics at 10 am. By 10.30am I had an email to say that my pictures had been dispatched. They arrived the next morning. The quality was great, and the uploading was easy and quick, not like some where its a one photo at a time process. I would definitely recommend photo box to all.

high standard prints...reliable service....nxt day delivery (if you order b4 4pm)...def' recommend this service for anyone !! and oh thers alwys offers on u can normally get 6 x 4 prints for free and they range from 10p to 4p depending on how much you wanna print!!

I really recommend Photo Box since its very easy to use and the speed of P&P ....plus it was cheap too
