Tried to buy Nikon Camera via Jessops site. Pages repeatedly refuse to load. Tried phoning. "Customer Service" will not answer.

THIS BUSINESS IS RUBBISH AND DESERVES TO DIE.

I can not comment on quality because two weeks later and a few emails I am still waiting. No wonder they went bankrupt but I thought I would give their online service a shot, wish I hadn't. If you need something for a deadline, go elsewhere.

Extremely quick dispatch and overall good quality!
Just bear in mind you should go through each of your uploaded photos and ADJUST them before ordering prints! This prevents your photos from being cut off unwantedly.

Whatever you do don't use Jessops, my photo's from them were the worst I have ever had developed.

Firstly, despite following their instructions/using their default settings my photo's turned up cropped - i.e. tops of head cut off etc.

Secondly, the colours in the jessops photo's are rubbish. I've since had the same photo's done at snapfish which are massively better.

When I phoned Jessops, customer services just didn't want to know. I then asked to speak to a manager - I''m still waiting for him to call me back.

Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere, Jessops are terrible.

After the service I got online I decide to go instore to get my photos printed, and I had them done in 30 mins, The quality was even better than that of the online service. I highly recommend the instore service aswell as the online one because you get even more money off from the guys in store.

I used Jessops for 220 photos to be printed. I found the site very easy to use, got 40 free prints on my first order and paid a fraction of what they quoted me in store.

The prints were delivered within 3 days and were of a decent quality (6x4 prints)

I have since had an email from them offering me free upgrade to 7x5 throughout March, so i've just uploaded another 50 prints (2x each so 100 prints) that i am now awaiting.

One thing to keep an eye on, the price per photo. I cant remember exact figures, so i will estimate ..... I uploaded 44 pictures and wanted 2 copies of each, price was AROUND £11 mark. I then uploaded an additional 6 pictures, again, 2x each, so i am now having 100 prints, cost was now £7.

Worth keeping in mind when ordering, check the prive per print and see if its worth getting a few more done at the same time.

Hopefully these too will be decent quality :)

Over 200 prints you pay only 5p perprint but the quality is so poor I wouldn't give them my photos again.
Photos were made in 9Mpix 300dpi so they should be perfect.
