Free Photo Printing

Ordered prints on Wednesday, turned up on Friday. Can't complain about that. Awesome!

Very angry with them! I ordered 129 print as I was making an album as a present, present is needed for tomorrow and STILL no photo's! I ordered them over a week ago now and they were supposed to be delivered 2 days ago. No response to any of my emials either. Would NEVER use them again, steer well clear!!

still not recived my photo book 2 weeks after ordering!!
the site says it should take around 7 days!!
ive E-mailed and E-mailed them but had no reply dispite the fact they claim to get back to you with in the next working day!!
ive payed £30 for nothing and i dont thing im going to get my goods or my money back!!
im considering contacting watchdog about this site please stay well away.

Sadly there were errors made from start to finish with my order. I was charged too much, the canvas prints were marked and fixings were missing. When I complained I had the small overpayment refunded but the rest of the issues were ignored. I emailed several times and returned all items 2 weeks later when I was still not answered. 5 weeks later (after 4 more unanswered emails) I found the phone number on this site and called them up. I am assured a full refund has now been issued.

This is yet another example of a company cutting cost by out sourcing customer service to India via emails. When will companies learn that the poor service customers get is not good enough?!!

I have not received my order placed on the 29/10/08 and have not received a refund. Truprint's cstomer service and service in general is so poor I don't know how they are still in business. The orders placed were xmas gifts, what a big let down.

Excellent Quality pictures, really impressed. This is the first time I have used online printing services and was expecting poor results, but TruPrint have proved me wrong!

Thanks to someone on this site listing there almost impossable to find customer phone number I got through on first ring. the staff were first class and most helpfull and even though the jig saw puzzel that I had ordered had come through wrong and had been cropped strange ( a fault that was actully my own but I had missed when ordering) they gave me a free credit and even upgraded my jig saw to the largest size for free to hopefully get around the cropping problem. I could not ask for more and first class service. Will use again and make a note of there phone number to be on the safe side :)

i thought it was gonna take long even though the site said sumting to 3 days it took 24 hours excellent pictures and service recommed 100% A+++++++++++++++

I have now had two different memory books produced by Truprint. Although the first one did take longer than stated to arrive, the staff kept me updated by email when I queried the delay. The second book arrived very quickly.

The quality on both books has been fantastic and everyone who has seen them has been impressed. Some of my friends have now used the service too.

I am in the process of putting my third book together - great as family gifts and momentos of holidays - and expect it to come out well too.

Sadly very unimpressed. 6x4 prints arrived quickly but colours were lurid. No address or phone number on the site, took 2 days to answer e-mail, another e-mail was never answered.

Paid £35 + P&P for memory book, Truprint site gave wrong info for how long it would take and when it eventually arrived the photos in it were appalling - fuzzy, colours way off, looked really low resolution (pics had been taken on top-of-the-range Canon L lens).

Managed to find a number for Truprint (01626 322011), staff were friendly and helpful but I've lost all faith and won't be using them again.
