Free Photo Printing

I ordered from foto.com twice. The first time I waited over one month to get my order. They say the delay was due to the shipping company and not their fault. The quality of the prints was terrible (poor paper, at least for greeting cards, and the colors were all off). Their customer support was useless (they respond immediately but do not address your questions). Shame on me, I ordered from them a second time. After one month I am still waiting to receive my order. They say the order is stuck for "technical reasons". Based on my experience, the average lead times they declare on their website are just a lie. This service is cheap but it is really worth nothing. Before placing your order check all the negative feedback on the various review sites!
