Haven't used there online services, but took my last few rolls of film in to 2 of their shops. The picture quality was terrible. The packets said every photo was checked for quality- if true then the staff must have had sight problems

Don't be fooled if you are using multiple websites to accumulate free prints!
Even though you register with Boots, it redirects you to Photobox, so if you've already registered with Photobox, you cannot get those "50 free prints" from Boots.

Never had a problem with boots.
The products arrive extremely quickly, always have fantastic offers on.
Brilliant quality
Only downside is that it can take a while to upload - but that will depend on the resolution of your photos.
Would always order from here.
