MY order still has not arrived after nearly a month probably never will. Please red all reviews before u decide to make an order. Customer service providing useful information. Very disappointed.

Ridiculously poor service – avoid!

I don’t usually write reviews, but given my poor experience
with Aldi photo service, felt compelled to warn other would-be customers!

My order still hasn’t arrived after nearly a month and
numerous calls to customer service, who are utterly incapable to providing any
useful information or assistance.

Advice: avoid Aldi photo service and go elsewhere!

We placed a small order for some standard prints and
enlargements on the 14th Dec hoping to get them in time for
Christmas. After a couple of days we get a dispatch notice, but after waiting a
week nothing arrives. We call customer
services and they say it’s probably lost and will issue a reprint; so far so good.
We request if it can expedited in time for Christmas, and they say there’s
nothing they can do and it may take 10 days for it to arrive – disappointing
enough, but little did we know it was just the beginning. Another week passes
and we receive an email to ask us to provide details on the reprint request –
strange, as they already know the order was lost. Another call, and it turns
out they haven’t even issued the reprint yet, but will ‘escalate’ the matter. Christmas
came and went, followed by New Year. They never got back to us, and further
calls were just met with a ‘the matter’s been escalated but we haven’t heard
back yet’ and they couldn’t offer any information on what went wrong or
assurances that it was actually going to be resolved. Will probably give up
soon and re-order elsewhere and it’s not really worth the time to keep
pursuing...

Do not order from this site...pics was smaller than stated....and most of my pics had some green ink on my sons lips which obviously was done on purpose...not happy at all,complete waist of time I would rather spend alot of money on better quality pictures than use this crap service again!!

It was really quick to upload all my photos and they arrived within 4 days, the size I ordered and good quality. I got my free 100 prints no bother and even emailed money saving expert as they were by far the cheapest and didn't appear in their top 5. I had tried 3 times to upload 240 photos to another company which took several hours each time and then failed. This was really quick and easy and I would definitely use them again.

I didn't even want to give quality a 1 star!! where is the 0.
This service is awful. I ordered 201 prints in what was stated on the website and on my invoice as 4" by 6" in size and over half of them are 5" by 4" which wasn't even an option!! The prints were ordered specifically for several photo albums of size 6" by 4" so they the product is NOT EVEN FIT FOR PURPOSE.
Avoid this service like the plague. I certainly will be.

I would not use these again. although i have only just placed my order, it did not add the voucher for 100 free prints even though i put the voucher in when asked for. it has just charged me £6.38 for this as it says that the voucher will be taken off at the end - which you have to go through payment details before it shows you this. got to the end and it had not taken the voucher off! looked at the support pages and says i cannot cancel my order now either as it goes straight to the printing lab!!! i only did this for the free prints and if they were any good i was going to put alot of business their way as i have over 5000 prints i need printing but due to this i will not be using them ever again!
